Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Your role as a sales development representative will be to engage and qualify leads to create a pipeline for our Account Executives while preparing you to step into additional responsibility. We have a very strong marketing arm, which means half your pipeline will be qualifying inbound leads from our website, the other half you’ll generate through classic prospecting techniques.


  • Effectively and independently distill and deliver the PeaksLead value proposition, articulating our product, integrations, and features.
  • Follow the established PeaksLead sales process to manage a high-activity pipeline of leads
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or account management and a strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales
  • Salesforce usage experience a plus
  • Strong ability to engage with qualified leads over the phone
  • Intelligent – fast learner and very capable of articulating the value
